Been a costomer of Keegan for a while office staff and managemnet are alwaseFriendly they switched the tech recently he is alwase late and rushes thru the work its never done properly anout an hour of work is done but I get billed for about 3 hours of labor PLEASE REQUESTS John very nice professional knows what he is doing

We had an emergency at work today. They pulled a technician off of another job and he was at my unit in 10 mins. Very happy and will now use this company going forward. Also Paula in the office was brilliant to deal with.

There was some miscommunication when I phoned in but they were very gracious and took the fault and charged me very fairly. Technician was missing some parts but told me that he would be back as soon as the parts came in.
