Great staff. I've rarely seen leaders that values each team-member's opinion when making a decision. The atmosphere at Flexpipe is a happy one, and it can be felt on the production floor all the way to upper management, and is reflected in the work they put out. I've been visiting the Flexpipe facility for a while and I'm sure this one of the best place to work in the region. The upper-management are really accessible and do care for the employee happiness. We need more business like this, with an innovative product and new type of leadership.

Flexpipe is all about lean manufacturing. Making carts, work stations, indoor/outdoor structures, shelving, and tables. Anything you can imagine and might need to be easily modified in the future is possible.
